Takas Park and the Royal Ridge pool are local landmarks. None of that is a claim that we detail in the club parking lot.
Homes.com and the neighborhood association put Royal Ridge in 78233 and 78239. That is the same side of town as 11692 Bricken Circle. If you live on Royal Ridge Drive or the blocks around the elementary school, the studio is the nearby option competitors writing about Boerne and Shavano Park are not targeting.
