A scope table, not a fake price list
No San Antonio competitor in the usual set publishes a price you can trust on a dirty truck, and we are not going to invent one. Why we do not publish a fake menu
A price list that says every sedan is one fee teaches the wrong lesson. Interior soil, pet hair, wheel condition, and clear-coat defects change labor more than the badge on the grille. Publishing a “starting at” number that no real truck ever pays is how people show up angry. We would rather explain the factors and quote the vehicle. You can still compare services. An interior is not priced like a full detail. A full detail is not priced like paint correction. The correction-specific factors, still with no dollar menu, are what changes a paint correction quote. What the quote is built from
We ask for year, make, model, and the problem you care about. Size sets the floor. Condition sets the rest: extraction versus a wipe-down, clay versus a wash, one polish stage versus “please stop, the clear is thin.” Add-ons are named before they are on the bill. The 20% non-refundable deposit
Every booked slot requires a deposit of 20% of the quoted total. That is how the calendar stays honest for a one-person studio. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel or miss the appointment. If we cancel and cannot offer a time you accept, the deposit comes back. The other 80% is due when the work is done. Read the refund policy before you pay it. Do not put card numbers in the website form. We confirm payment method when we confirm the appointment.

How to read a quote from us
A quote from Southern Auto Detailers names the service, the vehicle, and the total the deposit is calculated from. It is not a range so wide that any number can be defended later. If a photo or an in-person look changes the scope, you hear the new number before we continue. That is the pricing transparency.
