Once you accept a quote, 20% of that total is the non-refundable deposit that secures the slot. It is not an extra fee on top of a secret number, and it is not refunded if you cancel.
The other 80% is due when the install is complete. If the scope changes because the paint is worse than described, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
