What to take out
Remove valuables, documents, charging cables you still want, child seats if you can, garage remotes, and anything in the console you do not want moved. A full detail and in-shop interior cleaning both need access to the carpet and the seat rails. Loose trash is fine to leave. A laptop is not.
If a dog rides in the back, shake the mats at home first. Tell us about pet hair when you book. That note is on the pet hair page.
How the slot is held
The request form does not reserve the day. We quote the vehicle, then a 20% non-refundable deposit of that total holds the time. The balance is due when the work is finished. Read the refund policy before you send the deposit. Monday is closed. Tuesday through Sunday the studio is open 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The address is 11692 Bricken Circle, San Antonio, TX 78233. Drivers from Royal Ridge and the rest of 78233 are a short trip. Use the contact page or call (210) 201-4847.
What to tell us
Year, make, model, and the one thing that bothers you. Stains, swirls, pet hair, or a coating question. Photos in daylight help. The longer intake list is what to tell the studio before your appointment. We will not invent a package that ignores the condition.
What to take out before you arrive
The slot goes faster when the cabin is empty of things we should not handle. Take valuables, paperwork, and loose trash. Child seats, toolboxes, and pet covers should come out if you can remove them. We can work around what stays, and the result is better when it does not. We do not unbolt, clean, or reinstall a child restraint.
Tell us about pet hair, food stains, sand, a wet carpet, smoke, or damage that is already there. That note changes the time more than the color of the vehicle. The deposit holds the slot. It does not start the clock, and it is not refunded if you cancel.
